Satisfaction Survey

Our customers are always on our mind. In fact, over the past 80 years, Triangle has built a successful business by developing long-term customer relationships.

We believe our ability to retain customers is a direct result of the satisfaction they experience while working with us. Our CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY tracks our performance from the customer's point of view. While the Project Manager is always available to resolve issues during a project, we survey our customers at project completion to assess their overall level of satisfaction. Our survey rating system provides timely feedback that we use to improve our performance. When survey results indicate an opportunity to better meet the needs of our customers, we are able to quickly adapt to those needs.
