Training
Our apprentice program, consists of requisite training from the Union of Painters Apprenticeship Program of the Painters District Council 14 and "on the job" training from our seasoned foremen. This program ensures that our painting and decorating professionals maximize their skills and talents for our customers.
Triangle is a Finishing Contractors Association of Chicago (FCAC) Certified Contractor. FCAC members include the most talented, well-trained union professionals who work hard to deliver long-lasting, high-quality work. They are committed to their craft and undergo continued professional training.
Safety
We're very proud of our safety record. Triangle has consistently achieved an excellent Experience Modification Rating (.71 for 2007). Our employees are empowered to implement and enforce our Employee Safety Program. It is our blueprint for accident prevention. In addition, we hold an Annual Safety Training Meeting for all employees.
